A: You choose which day you pick up by the box you select when ordering. Distribution Periods are: Wednesday: 1-5:30p | Saturday 10-2p

A: Cash or Venmo is accepted as form of payment (Venmo: @Genecco-Produce) *Please have Venmo app loaded and ready to submit payment when arriving

A: Due to inventory tracking, our inability to store packed boxes and the perishable state of produce, we ask that you pick up on the day you ordered for. If, for some reason, you need to change your pick up date/time, please message us on our Genecco Produce Facebook Page or right here through our "Contact Us" form.

A: Yes! Upon placing your order you will receive a gray box with a confirmation number. You should also receive an email. Please double check that your email is entered correctly to ensure you get it! As long as you see a gray “Thank You for Your Order” box with a confirmation, you are set!

A: Please review your confirmation email for pick up date. $25 Produce Boxes are listed on order confirmations as “PICK UP DATE: Standard Produce Box”.
