Q: How Does This Work?

Accepted Answer

A: We offer $25 Produce Boxes with contents that change weekly.  During distribution periods we also offer additional products in a Drive-Thru Farmer's Market with contactless loading.  Visit our website at to place your order. Head to our warehouse to pick up your order on the designated day and let us know what else you'd like to add! Payment accepted at time of pick up.

Q: Where Do I Pick Up?

A: 1850 Rochester Road, Canandaigua, NY 14424
     We are located in a blue warehouse just past Ace Hardware and the vacant yellow fruit
stand.  If you reach Flowers by Stella, you've gone TOO FAR!

Q: When Do I Pick Up?

Accepted Answer

A: You choose which day you pick up by the box you select when ordering.  Distribution Periods are:  Wednesday: 1-5:30p  |  Saturday 10-2p

Q: How Do I Pay?

A: Cash or Venmo is accepted as form of payment (Venmo: @Genecco-Produce)

Q: Can I Change My Pickup Date?

Accepted Answer

A: Due to inventory tracking, our inability to store packed boxes and the perishable state of produce, we ask that you pick up on the day you ordered for. If, for some reason, you need to change your pick up date/time, please message us on our Genecco Produce Facebook Page or right here through our "Contact Us" form.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation?

Accepted Answer

A: Yes! Upon placing your order you will receive a gray box with a confirmation number. You should also receive an email.  Please double check that your email is entered correctly to ensure you get it! As long as you see a gray “Thank You for Your Order” box with a confirmation, you are set!

Q: Which Day Did I Select to Pick Up?

Accepted Answer

A: Please review your confirmation email for pick up date.  $25 Produce Boxes are listed on order confirmations as “PICK UP DATE: Standard Produce Box”.

Q: What Is My Confirmation Number?

Accepted Answer

A: Confirmation numbers can be found on the gray "Thank You" page after submitting your order. Please consider screenshotting this page for reference.  You can also find your confirmation number on the email you receive after placing your order.
